A leading employee owned seafood business in Alness is recruiting Production Operatives to join the team in time for the launch of their 2025 BBQ season with Waitrose. Inductions take place on 30 March, with start dates from 31 March. You'll be stepping straight into the buzz of preparing this year's summer range, including salmon kebabs and other value added favourites, all within a fast paced and supportive processing environment.

- Full time hours Monday to Friday, with optional weekend overtime
- Day shifts only: 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm

You'll be joining a lively production team bringing the summer BBQ range to life for Waitrose customers. Most of the work will centre around preparing salmon kebabs although you may also be working with marinaded cuts and other delicious value added products. We may also have opportunities across other areas of production, including trimming, portioning, packing and quality checks, depending on skills and business needs.
The environment is chilled in temperature, energetic and focused on high standards but you'll be fully supported to build your skills and confidence.
Who We're Looking ForExperience in food production or manufacturing is helpful but not essential. What matters most is reliability, a good work ethic and a willingness to learn. If you enjoy working with your hands, keeping a steady pace and being part of a team that takes pride in great products, you'll fit right in.
