Location: Huntly, Aberdeenshire
Competitive pay starting at 12.71 pounds per hour, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Shift patterns: 5am - 1pm or 11am - 7pm. Flexibility may be required for cover.
Role Overview: Production Operatives will perform a variety of tasks on a rotational basis within a fast paced production environment. Training is provided for those with or without prior food processing experience. A modern factory setting offers bright, spacious, and warm conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Perform rotation of tasks in the production line.
- Work flexible hours to meet peak production demands.
- Maintain awareness of Health & Safety procedures.
- Adapt quickly to the needs of the business.
- Communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
- Proactive, good team player.
- Positive can do attitude and willingness to become multi skilled.
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak periods.
- Basic awareness of Health & Safety.
