Production Operatives

The company is currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join its busy and growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, supporting the assembly and manufacture of high-quality products.

The role would suit an individual with strong attention to detail, a positive work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently to targets and deadlines.

This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling and producing products in line with company specifications
• Working accurately from drawings, worksheets, and job instructions
• Operating a range of production tools and equipment, including hand tools and cutting/shaping equipment
• Meeting daily production targets and maintaining quality standards
• Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Supporting colleagues and assisting other departments during busy periods
• Adhering to all company health and safety procedures

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within a production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow technical drawings and written instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking approach
• Comfortable working to production targets and time pressures
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods when required
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic IT literacy

Desirable Skills

• Experience using hand tools or specialist production equipment
• Experience within an electrical, mechanical, or general manufacturing environment
