Polisher - Metal Finishing - Days

Location: Droitwich
Hours: Double Days - DD - week 1 - Mon -Th 5.45am to 13.45pm, Fri 5.45am to 11.45am; Week 2 - Mon - Th 2pm to 10pm, Fri 12.00pm to 19.05pm
Pay: £15.29 per hour (includes shift allowance)

As a Polisher, you will be responsible for:

1. Polishing and finishing metal components to a high standard
2. Using specialist tools and techniques to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish
3. Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet strict quality requirements
4. Working to detailed specifications and manufacturing processes

1. Physically fit and comfortable with manual work, as the role can be demanding
2. A keen eye for detail to ensure a high-quality finish
3. Ability to use hand tools and polishing equipment (training provided)
4. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
5. Previous experience in metal finishing, polishing, or similar roles is beneficial but not essential - full training provided
