Manpower are seeking a motivated and dependable Production Operative to join a successful manufacturing business. This is an ongoing role with a 3 day working week. The required days may change to accommodate the right candidate but will be between Monday and Friday.
Location: Pick up location - Louth
Salary: £12.83 per hour
Hours: Part Time (3 days per week) Day Shifts
Benefits: Permanent/Ongoing Employment On Site Parking Overtime Available
The role is located close to Alford; however, transport is provided to and from Louth outside of the standard shift hours.
Key Responsibilities- Operating within a busy production environment
- Packing, sorting, and preparing products for dispatch
- Handling materials and components throughout the production processCarrying out manual handling duties as required
- Following company quality standards and production procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace
- Supporting colleagues to achieve daily production targets
- Adhering to all health and safety policies
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience within production, manufacturing, warehouse, or packing environments
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- The ability to work efficiently within a fast paced setting
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Excellent reliability and punctuality
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Own transport is required due to the location of the site
- Physically capable of lifting and moving materials when necessary
- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
- Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods
- Day shifts only, no weekends.
- Start time: 8:00am
- Finish time varies depending on production requirements (up to 7:00pm)
