Night Shift: Sunday 9:30pm to 5:45am, Monday to Thursday 9:45pm to 5:45am

Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with long-term career opportunities? We're recruiting for a Production Operative Nights within the Grit Blast department. This is a physically demanding role, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in producing high-quality results.

As a Grit Blaster, you'll be responsible for:

• Operating high-pressure blasting equipment to clean and prepare metal components
• Removing surface imperfections to achieve a high-quality finish
• Working to strict quality standards and manufacturing specifications
• Following detailed production processes and health & safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

What We're Looking For

• Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual work
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn new skills
• Previous grit blasting, shot blasting or manufacturing experience would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be provided
