We're offering an excellent opportunity for experienced Production Operatives and Machine Operators to join a thriving company in Radcliffe. As the business expands, we're looking for proactive individuals to support long-term production in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Operate machinery to produce plastic products such as traffic cones and grass grids.
Monitor machines and adjust settings to ensure smooth operation.
Identify and report any mechanical issues.
Inspect and pack finished products to meet quality standards.
Work efficiently as part of a production team.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment in line with health and safety guidelines.
Monday to Thursday: 19:00 - 07:00 (night shifts)
Fridays Off: Enjoy long weekends!
Previous experience in production and machine operation.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to keep pace in a busy setting.
Physically fit for manual handling and extended periods of standing.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
Good understanding of health and safety in a manufacturing environment.
