Production Operatives (CNC Finishing - Night Shift) - Kilrea - Full Time

A reputable and well-established manufacturing organisation based in the Kilrea area is seeking Production Operatives to join their CNC department on a night shift basis.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build experience within a precision engineering environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

The Role:

• £14.93 per hour
• Monday to Wednesday: 20:30 pm - 07:30 am / Thursday: 19:30 pm - 06:30 am
• 4-night working week / 3 day weekend
• Immediate start
• Potential to become permanent

Duties:

• Remove completed components from CNC machines following the cutting process
• Ensure all parts are accurately separated and meet required quality standards
• Carry out basic finishing and post-production tasks as required
• Prepare materials and components for subsequent stages of production
• Provide support to machine operators and the wider production team
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Criteria:

• Previous experience within a production or manufacturing setting is desirable, but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work night shifts on a consistent basis
• Physically capable and comfortable working in a hands-on role
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
