Production Operative

Key Details:

• Location: Rural village location near Chipping Norton.
  
  
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
  
  
• Salary: starting salary of £13.50p.h - £14.00p.h, depending on experience
  
  
• Transport: Applicants must have their own transport due to the rural location.
  
  

About the Role: As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:

Duties will include picking and packing, loading and unloading, wrapping, dealing with goods in/out together with general duties to support the production facility.

You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of organisation and tidiness, exceptionally good housekeeping is required in the warehouse at all times, especially when under pressure.

This is a busy role, candidates should be physically fit as some heavy lifting is required.

You must possess the following skills:

• Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure

• Strong team player

• Willingness to learn

• Hard working & reliable

• Experience of delivering excellent customer service

• Positive friendly attitude possessing high levels of commitment and motivation

• Good time keeping and flexibility

• Have an eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision.

• Forklift Truck licence - Desirable
