Production Operative

We are seeking a reliable and conscientious Production Operative to join our Production team in Basildon. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will run and maintain the processing equipment in our Juice Blending area, making sure that every product leaving the factory meets the highest standards of quality, specification and legal compliance.

• Hours: Shift work, with the opportunity for overtime

Production & Machinery

• Run and maintain the processing equipment in the Juice Blending area
• Monitor and maintain ancillary equipment
• Ensure all processing instructions are carried out correctly

Quality & Standards

• Follow and help progress the Company Quality Management System
• Ensure all products leaving the factory meet specification and legal requirements
• Liaise with the Directors, Technical Manager and Production Manager as required

Health, Safety & Housekeeping

• Carry out good housekeeping practices throughout the factory
• Maintain a high level of health and safety awareness for yourself and your colleagues

General Duties

• Carry out warehouse office duties as required
• Maintain a spirit of co-operation and good working relations with other departments
• Carry out any reasonably appropriate additional tasks requested by management
• Carry out all duties professionally and responsibly
