Production Operative

Location: Brackley
Pay Rate: £15.65 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 4/5 days per week on a rota basis
Job Type: Temporary / Ongoing

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy production environment in Brackley, working with animal waste products.

This is a hands-on role involving heavy lifting and manual work, so candidates must be physically fit and comfortable working in an environment where there may be strong and unpleasant smells.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling and processing animal waste products

• Loading and unloading materials

• Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling

• Operating basic production equipment and machinery

• Keeping the production area clean and tidy

• Following health & safety procedures at all times

• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

About You

• Previous production, warehouse or manual handling experience is advantageous

• Must be comfortable working with animal products and animal waste

• Must be comfortable working in a smelly environment

• Physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting

• Reliable and punctual

• Flexible and able to work 4 or 5 days per week on a rota

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
