What You'll Be Doing

As a Converting Operator, you'll be responsible for operating converting and slitting machinery, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

DUTIES

• Operating converting and slitting machines
• Monitoring production output and machine performance
• Carrying out machine start-up and shutdown procedures
• Packaging, labelling, and scanning finished products
• Completing quality checks and production paperwork
• Performing basic machine adjustments and fault finding
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Working towards productivity, quality, and waste reduction targets

Working Hours

You must be flexible to work rotating shifts:

Days: 06:00 - 18:00

Nights: 18:00 - 06:00

Training Period: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
