Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our clients team in Newcastle Emlyn ASAP. This role offers the opportunity for long term employment and career growth within a leading food manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and guidelines.
• Monitoring the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Performing quality checks on products to identify defects or issues.
• Assisting with the packaging and labelling of finished products.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Following all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
