We are seeking proactive and efficient individuals who are passionate about contributing to our commitment to quality and innovation in the Construction Industry.In this role, you will be involved in the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest standards while adhering to safety and quality protocols. You will work closely with the production team to meet set production targets and maintain operational efficiency.As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within a supportive and dynamic work environment. If you have a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you!Responsibilities:Operating and cleaning of production machinery and hand-held tools, once trainedHaving a basic understanding of production processes and quality control measuresHaving a strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures when operating machinery and handling productsWorking effectively as part of a team and communicating clearly with colleaguesHaving good organisational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentHaving a commitment to H&S regulations and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and safe working environmentRequirements:Good level of computer skills and good standard of education (E.G. English, Maths and one Science subject at minimum GCSE Grade 4 or above)Ability to read and understand technical documents and safety guidelinesFamiliarity with safety procedures in a production environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityExcellent teamwork and communication skillsForklift truck license is desirable but not essential, however the successful candidate would be required to drive a forklift truck.
