Reporting to: Team ManagerReference: R9724SummaryThe Process Operative reports directly to the Production Team Leader ensuring the mill runs at optimized efficiency /throughput whilst maintaining the company quality std's and UFAS requirements. To ensure that a high level of Health & Safety and hygiene is adhered to at all times throughout the mill.Purpose of the JobCommunicate to Colleagues and other departments if there are any issues is achieving the planEnsure Environmental management system is followed and adhered to complying with BS EN ISO 14001/50001Ensure their shift is maintained to high level of H&S , and any issues are communicated in a timely manner and actions completedMaintain site processes/std in line with the UFAS code of practiceParticipate in the Tier accountability process and update the daily boardTo ensure that the working area is maintained to an acceptable std of Hygiene throughout shiftRun the blending/pelleting and master weigh process in an efficient manner to deliver the production plan on timeCommunicate all issue/delays against the plan to colleagues and other departmentsProactively reduce any areas that actively are generating wasteMaintain the routine machine maintenance and cleaning schedulesOptimise utilisation of finished product bin spaceApplicationsWe value diversity in our workplace and welcome enquiries from everyone.Candidates wishing to apply who would require sponsorship can determine the likelihood of obtaining a Certificate of Sponsorship for the role by assessing their circumstances against the relevant criteria on the Gov.UK website.Please make us aware if your need any reasonable adjustments to participate in this process.We encourage you to submit your application as early as possible and not wait until the published closing date as this can vary.Work Location: In person
