Overview

Our well known client based in Henlow are looking for Production Operatives to join their growing team, on a permanent basis. The successful candidates will be working along the production line, running the machinery. This is a great opportunity for someone who is used to working on their feet and being hands on.

Hours

• 6am to 2pm
• 2pm to 10pm
• 10pm to 6am

Responsibilities

• Run machines and produce weather seals
• Replace raw materials to ensure continuous production
• Perform quality control checks on profiles
• Report potential quality issues to supervisor
• Be aware of scheduling requirements
• Maintain high level of housekeeping
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Seeking long term opportunities within a thriving business
• Good dexterity and experience working with hand, air, and power tools
• Able to lift up to 20kg
• Excellent time keeping and attendance
• Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team
• Self motivation
• Open to working both day & night shifts
