Assembly Operative - Clean Room Environment

Location: Hexham (NE46)

Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:15pm

Job Type: Ongoing opportunity with potential to go permanent

Central Employment is currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing client based in Hexham. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role within a clean, modern working environment, with the potential for permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Working within a controlled clean room environment
• Assembly of precision components (glands) to customer specifications
• Carrying out detailed quality inspections to ensure products meet strict standards
• Packing finished goods ready for dispatch
• Supporting the wider team within the despatch area as required
• Completing accurate shift paperwork and compliance documentation

About You

• Previous experience within a clean room or manufacturing environment is desirable
• Flexible and willing to support across different departments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Comfortable completing documentation and following procedures
