Position

As a result of our continuing growth at our Wellingborough manufacturing facility we are looking for new team members to join our Production team. Previous experience would be desirable but not essential as a full training program will be provided.

Requirements

What you'll be doing:

• Using power tools and machinery to make windows and doors
• Following customer specifications and ensuring quality standards are met
• Adhering to Health & Safety requirements
• Working to daily targets

You will have:

• A conscientious, reliable and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to read & understand detailed customer requirements and ensure quality is maintained.
• A good understanding of Health and Safety
• A good level of fitness to be able to complete the physical work required

Other information

We have positions available in 3 different shifts and overtime is often available:

Days - 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday to Friday - £13.35 per hour

Lates - 2:00pm -10:00pm Monday to Friday - £13.98 per hour

Nights - 10:00pm - 06:00am Monday to Friday - £14.61 per hour

After successful completion of your training your rate will increase to:

Days - 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday to Friday - £13.81 per hour

Lates - 2:00pm -10:00pm Monday to Friday - £14.48 per hour

Nights - 10:00pm - 06:00am Monday to Friday - £15.13 per hour

As a performance bonus we offer £20 pounds per week attendance allowance
