About the Role

As a Production Operative, you will support the day to day manufacturing process, ensuring products are assembled, packed, and prepared to the highest standards. Working as part of a busy production team, you will play a key role in helping the business meet customer demand while maintaining quality, safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Assembling and packing products
• Carrying out quality checks on finished goods
• Loading and unloading materials
• Preparing products for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following production schedules and work instructions
• Supporting stock control and material handling activities
• Reporting faults or production issues to supervisors
• Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
• Assisting with general warehouse and production duties as required

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience is advantageous
• Good attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and punctual approach to work
• Ability to undertake manual handling duties
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
