Permanent Positions Available

We are currently recruiting for multiple permanent Production Operative positions across a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Redditch.

These are straight permanent opportunities offering long term stability, overtime availability and excellent opportunities to join a busy and supportive production environment.

Shift Options & Pay Rates Day Shift

• Monday to Friday
• 05:00am - 13:30pm
• £13.04 per hour

Late Shift

• Monday to Friday
• 13:30pm - 23:00pm
• £13.04 per hour
• Plus £6.50 per day shift allowance

Duties May Include

• Operating manufacturing and production machinery
• Assembly and production line work
• Quality inspection and checking
• General production duties
• Maintaining health & safety standards
• Working towards production targets

What We Are Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Reliable and hardworking individuals
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
