Job Title: Production Operative (Rotating Shifts)

Location: Lee Mill, Ivybridge

Hours: Full-time, Rotating Shifts (Monday to Friday)

• Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00
• Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00

Pay Rate: £12.24 - £13.11 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company in Lee Mill, Ivybridge. This is a hands-on role in a warm production environment, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, teamwork, and variety in their shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operating within the production area to achieve daily targets
• Moving and handling goods (including some heavy lifting)
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Keeping the workspace clean, tidy, and safe

• Able to commit to rotating shifts (early and late)
