Production Operative

The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established and friendly manufacturing company based in Blaenavon.

This is a great opportunity to join a small, supportive team in a varied role, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Previous factory or production experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Labelling products
• Filling and capping items
• Packing finished goods
• Supporting general production duties as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous factory or production experience
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
• Willingness to learn and follow processes

Working Hours & Pay

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 17:00
• Friday: 07:00 - 15:00
• £12.71 per hour
