- Week 3: 2 12.5-hour day shifts (6:00am - 6:30pm)
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our growing team in Gort. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in a dynamic, high-performing manufacturing environment supporting innovative healthcare technology.
In this role, you will be involved in a range of production activities, helping to convert raw materials into finished products to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out general manufacturing and production tasks
- Assemble components and finished products
- Operate and set up machinery and production equipment
- Perform surface finishing processes (washing, coating, polishing, etc.)
- Complete basic machine adjustments and maintenance activities
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements
- Accurately record production data and communicate effectively with team members
- Contribute to a safe, collaborative, and continuous improvement culture
- Minimum 6 months' experience in CNC, automated machinery, or a similar production environment
- Ability to carry out basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands on environment
- Good level of computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong attention to detail and team-focused mindset
- Ability to lift/move up to 25lbs (approx. 11kg)
