The Role

As a Hanger in the Kill / Evis Department, you will play a key role in ensuring our production lines operate efficiently and safely. You will contribute to the production of high quality food products while maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, safety, and teamwork.

Full training is provided, along with opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the business.

Day Shift

Monday: 05:40 - 14:30

Tuesday - Thursday: 05:40 - 14:00

Friday: 05:40 - 13:30

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up production line equipment.
• Follow daily production plans and meet output and quality targets.
• Monitor the production process and report any issues, delays, or equipment concerns.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness.
• Adhere to all health & safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production line.

About You

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.
• A good standard of English is essential.
• A positive, reliable team player with strong communication skills.
• Good numeracy, organisational, and problem solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Available to start early in the morning (05:40am).
