Job Type: Full Time
Salary: £12.71 per hour. Overtime paid at time and a half after 42.5 standard weekly hours
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 07:00-16:00.

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and fast paced food production factory in Exeter. This is a hands on, physically demanding role suited to reliable individuals who enjoy active work and are committed to maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and preparing food products in line with production requirements
• Manual handling and heavy lifting of products and boxes as part of daily duties
• Ensuring products are correctly labelled and packaged
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment at all times
• Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
• Following all health and safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse roles is desirable but not essential
• Physically fit and capable of regular heavy lifting
• Ability to work in a fast paced production environment
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable standing for long periods
• Comfortable working in cold temperatures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
