About the Role

We are currently seeking hard working and reliable Production Operatives to join our client's growing team. This is a hands on, physical role within a busy production environment, ideal for individuals who are looking for a stable, manual role with potential for permanent employment.

As a Production Operative, you will be trained across multiple stages of the production process. The position involves manual handling, machine operation, and following specific mixing procedures to ensure accurate product formulation.

Hours / Shift Patterns

• Monday - Thursday: 05:45am - 2:30pm
• Friday: 05:45am - 11:00am

PPE Required: Safety Boots, Hi Vis

- Glasses, airflow masks will be provided by client

Pay Rates:

Standard Rate: £13.80 per hour

Time and a Half: £20.70 per hour

Double Time: £27.60 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Filling bags with product (up to 25kg per bag)
• Loading and unloading goods
• Stacking, lifting, and shifting materials
• Operating basic machinery safely
• Following production specifications and mix instructions
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety within the working area

• Prefer a hands on role over desk based or mentally intensive tasks
• Be open to temporary work with the potential for a permanent role based on performance
