Production Operative

Schedule: 7:30am-4pm, Mon-Fri

The Role

Fibrisol UK is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Factory Team as Production Operatives. This is an entry level role that offers hands on training across a variety of factory tasks, with a structured pay progression scheme based on skills development and job competency. Please note that this role involves manual handling and heavy lifting.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and perform a range of factory tasks, including:

• Ribbon Blends
• Stacking and Labelling
• Warehouse Operations
• Blending Machine Operation
• Packing Machine Operation
• Fortnightly wash down of machinery and equipment
• Work towards competency in each task to progress through the salary grading structure
• Follow Health and Safety, Food Safety, and operational procedures
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum of GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English
• Prior experience in a factory or warehouse setting is desirable but not essential
