Production Operative - Immediate Starts Available

Location: Ballymena
Job Type: Temp / Perm
Shifts: Days (Early Starts)

  • Monday to Friday

  • 05:00 - 14:00 or 06:00 - 15:00 shifts

  • 32-48 hours per week

  • Overtime and weekend work available

Pay:£13 per hour Competitive + Overtime Available

The Opportunity

We're currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a fast-growing manufacturing business supplying precast concrete products to major construction projects across the UK and Ireland.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with immediate starts available, full training provided, and real opportunities for progression.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing moulds and assisting with pouring concrete

  • Producing high-quality products in line with daily targets

  • Working as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace

  • Following all health & safety procedures

  • Supporting general production duties as required

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, labouring, or similar

  • Comfortable with physical, hands-on work

  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

  • Flexible to work overtime and occasional Saturdays

  • Good understanding of English (spoken & written)

Bonus Skills (Not Essential)

  • Experience using hand or power tools

  • Ability to read drawings

  • Forklift / crane licences

  • Any construction-related certifications (CSR, First Aid, etc.)
