Job Description
Assembly Operative - Temp to Perm 
Location: Oldham
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 12:00 - 22:00
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (Overtime available at enhanced rates)
Our client, a market-leading manufacturer based in Oldham, is looking to recruit an Assembly Operative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long-term role, with the potential to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.
The Role- Assembling and producing wooden doors
- Using hand and power tools (full training provided)
- Carrying out basic assembly and production duties
- Manual handling - good physical fitness is essential
- Recent, solid work history (work references will be checked at interview stage)
- Hands on, practical skills
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills (tests will be carried out at interview)
- Reliability, good attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- £12.71 per hour starting rate
- Overtime available at enhanced rates
