Production Operative - 3 Shift Pattern

The Role

As a Production Operative, you'll be part of a close-knit production team, where quality, safety, and teamwork matter.

You'll be trained to:

• Use specialist equipment such as air tools, spray guns, and hog rings
• Assemble and produce high-quality automotive components
• Carry out visual quality checks on your own work
• Follow clear health & safety processes designed to keep everyone safe
• Support your teammates to keep production running smoothly

No two days are exactly the same, and you'll learn valuable skills used across modern manufacturing.

Shift Pattern

This role operates on athree-shift rotation:

• Days: 7am - 3pm
• Lates: 3pm - 11pm
• Nights: 11pm - 7am

You'll need to be flexible to work all shifts and overtime when required. Shift premiums reflect this flexibility.

What We're Looking For

Manufacturing experience ishelpful but not essential-full training is provided

• A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work as part of a team in a structured environment
• If you've worked in care, retail, hospitality, warehousing, or production before, your skills are highly transferable.
