Production ML Research Engineer - Pretraining at Scale

Anthropic is seeking a Research Engineer to join the ML Performance and Scaling team in London. You will help ensure pretrained models train reliably, efficiently, and at scale, across the full production training stack.

You will work at the boundary of research and engineering, handling performance optimization, hardware debugging, experimental design, and coordinating launches with cross functional teams. The role requires strong ML and systems experience.
