Realise HR is seeking a Production Manager for a UK fine chemicals manufacturing facility. You will lead a safety-first, 24/7 operation, delivering production to plan while upholding QHSE and COMAH standards.

You will drive Manufacturing Excellence, partner with Engineering and NPD/CIP, and develop a high-performing production leadership team to achieve ATP targets and continuous improvement gains.
