This is a hands on leadership role with responsibility for production output, quality, workforce management and continuous improvement. The Role:

• Lead daily production operations to ensure output, quality and delivery targets are achieved.
• Manage short and long term production planning activities.
• Oversee workforce performance and labour utilisation across approximately 80 operatives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and quality processes.
• Work closely with operational leadership teams to ensure efficient production scheduling and delivery.

The Person:

• Previous experience in a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Operations leadership role.
• Strong experience managing production teams within manufacturing, construction products, modular, engineering or related environments.
• Demonstrated ability to improve production performance and quality standards.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent planning, organisation and problem solving abilities.
