Production Manager

Castle Manufacturing are recruiting for an experienced Production Manager. This is a permanent role initially to cover night shifts and is a key leadership role within a busy head office production facility in East Yorkshire

The role:

• Lead, motivate and develop a medium to large production team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Take ownership of shift performance, driving output, quality and safety standards
• Ensure production plans are delivered efficiently, aligning with operational targets and customer expectations
• Work closely with senior leadership to support continuous improvement and process optimisation
• Maintain a strong health and safety culture across the shop floor

About you:

• Proven experience leading medium to large teams within a production or manufacturing setting
• Strong operational leadership with the ability to drive performance and engagement
• Commercially aware with a focus on efficiency, quality and continuous improvement
• Confident communicator, able to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels
