An innovative medical device manufacturer is scaling up production of a market-approved technology tackling wound and surgical site infections and they're looking for a hands on Production Manager to help drive the next phase of growth.

This is a rare opportunity to join a business at a pivotal scale up stage, with real influence over manufacturing operations, quality compliance, and international expansion (including the US) all while working a 4 day week.

• Lead day to day manufacturing operations, planning, output and process control
• Build, manage and develop a cross functional production team
• Support manufacturing scale up and site development
• Ensure full compliance with ISO 13485 and medical device quality standards
• Manage inventory, production schedules and subcontract manufacturing partners
