The Role

We're looking for a Production Manager to take ownership of our manufacturing operations. You'll ensure goods are produced efficiently, to the highest standards, and on time. This is a leadership role where you'll manage and motivate the production team, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Ensure products are manufactured on time and meet agreed stock levels.
  • Develop and deliver the manufacturing strategy within budget.
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across all processes.
  • Maintain and improve quality standards in collaboration with the Head of Quality.
  • Manage and motivate the production team, including coaching and annual appraisals.
  • Foster positive employee relations through communication and engagement.
  • Oversee health and safety compliance and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
  • Assist with site maintenance, equipment selection, and plant layout planning.
About You

You'll bring:

  • At least five years' experience in a similar production management role.
  • Excellent IT skills (especially Microsoft Excel); Sage experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational abilities.

Pay and Conditions
  • Monday - Friday 8-5, fully on-site
  • 22 days holiday, plus bank holidays (increasing to 25 days after 2 calendar years' service)
