Production Manager 
Salary £70K

- Manage Manufacturing Suites: Oversee a dedicated Manufacturing Suite focusing on Sterile Manufacturing/fill finish and a team producing veterinary pharmaceutical products.
- Drive Performance and Improvement: Embed a continuous improvement culture to deliver customer orders on time and ensure compliance with Quality Management System and Environmental Health & Safety system.
- Ensure Compliance and Safety: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice principles, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of safety and quality.
- Educational Background: Degree or third-level qualification in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or related area, or at least five years of experience in a Pharma Manufacturing/Packaging environment.
- Management Experience: Minimum of three years in a management role, including managing teams on shift rotas.
- Technical Expertise: Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, regulatory, quality, and validation requirements, and experience with Quality Management Systems.
- Leadership and Communication: Ability to motivate and train team members, excellent organizational and communication skills, and experience in maintaining a compliant and safe working environment.
