What You'll Be Doing

Lead day-to-day operations across battery intake, diagnostics, repair, remanufacture, and shipping.
Ensure every battery meets the highest safety and quality standards.
Manage resources, inventory, and tooling to keep production running smoothly.
Mentor and grow a team of 3-15 battery technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with H&S, engineering, and customer teams to drive performance and innovation.
Track KPIs, report on productivity, and communicate progress with stakeholders.

What You Bring

5+ years of hands-on experience with high-voltage EV batteries in the automotive sector.
Strongknowledge of lithium-ion battery systems and EV architecture.
Proven leadership in production environments, with a focus on safety, quality, operational improvements and team development.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
