• System and process review and improvement.
• Flexible approach to managing a high daily print jobs output operation.
• Managing a small team to achieve production objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years managing a small team.
• Proven track record of successful people management and team/skills development.
• Good understanding of a digital press environment with finishing experience.

Other Requirements

Candidate must be resident in the UK and have recent experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
