A highly successful retail graphics printer company is looking for an outstanding production manager to lead them through an exceptional period of growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of staff and driving productivity.
• Driving improvements in production process.
• Cost control of labour, resources, consumables and scheduling of work.
• Controlling, organising and monitoring the flow of materials to produce the highest quality product on time and on budget.
• Taking initiative, being a confident decision maker, and taking an accurate and methodological approach to all projects.
• Exhibiting excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work.

Qualifications

• Background in large format and/or POS printing.
• Hands on and task orientated, able to operate digital presses and manage the team.
