Responsibilities

• Supervision of staff
• Driving productivity and process improvements
• Cost control of labour, resources, consumables and scheduling of work
• Managing the flow of materials to produce the highest quality product on time and on budget
• Operating digital presses and leading the team in a hands on, task oriented manner
• Taking initiative, making confident decisions and applying a methodological approach to all projects
• Demonstrating excellent organisational skills and prioritisation of work

Qualifications

• Experience operating digital presses in a production setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record in driving productivity and process improvements
• Ability to control costs and manage resources effectively
