Our client is a successful and well-invested print business. An experienced production manager role is now available.

This senior role involves planning, coordinating and controlling all print and production processes.

• Overseeing the production process and drawing up a production schedule
• Taking specifications from clients
• Ensuring that production is cost-effective
• Ensuring products are on time and of good quality
• Determining the human and material resources needed
• Drafting a timescale for the job
• Setting the quality standards
• Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
• Implementing quality-control programmes
• Coordinating with suppliers, managers and other departments
• Supervising and motivating staff
• Identifying training needs
