Production Line Leader: Drive Quality & Efficiency

ADEY Stonehouse, part of Genuit Group's Climate Management Solutions, is seeking a Production Line Lead in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. The role focuses on coordinating line activities, supporting operators, monitoring performance, and ensuring safety, quality and efficiency across shifts.

You will work with Line Pickers and Shift Supervisors to meet production targets, escalate issues promptly, and maintain housekeeping standards at the end of each shift.
