Production Line Leader - Drive Quality & Safety

ESS Employment Ltd in Stroud is looking for a Production Line Leader for a permanent, full-time on-site position. You will coordinate assembly line activities to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

You will organise and support line operators, monitor production performance, record hourly outputs, and carry out quality checks on products leaving the line.
