Production Floor Manager

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading day to day production operations across the factory floor


• Managing, coaching, and developing a team of operatives and supervisors


• Ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are consistently met


• Monitoring workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements


• Maintaining strict health & safety compliance at all times


• Coordinating with logistics, maintenance, and senior management teams


• Overseeing shift planning, staffing levels, and performance tracking


• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste


• Handling on the spot problem solving in a dynamic manufacturing environment

• Confidence working under pressure and making quick decisions


• Knowledge of health & safety standards in an industrial setting
