Production Executive - Flexible Leadership (NHU)

BBC Studios is seeking a Production Executive to lead delivery across the Natural History Unit's slate, reporting to the Head of Production. You will balance creative ambition with operational delivery, guiding planning, budgets and schedules from development through to final delivery.

You will work with production teams, editorial colleagues and partners to drive continuous improvement, manage risk and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture within a globally renowned team.
