Production Engineering Lead: Automation & RF Systems

ALL.SPACE is seeking a Production Engineering Lead in Reading to lead a multi disciplinary team responsible for productionising our products. You will design, optimize, and maintain efficient manufacturing processes to ensure high quality and scalable production.

You will oversee RF calibration, antenna measurement systems, and automated production test rigs to identify issues early in the build process. Strong leadership and cross functional communication are essential.
