A cutting edge, innovative printing company, making sizable investments into variable data, is on the search for a stand out Production Director to take control of the manufacturing site, having direct responsibility for a large workforce ensuring processes run efficiently and effectively.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has experience driving teams in a senior managerial role, working to high standards within a company providing either DM or TM services. To further stand out from the crowd, a sound understanding of IT would be highly beneficial.

As the Head of all manufacturing operations, you will need a strong working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma processes to implement when working closely with other senior managers to deliver continuous improvement. You must also be confident in your capabilities to efficiently manage budgets.

Over years of experience within a similar position, you will have adopted the relevant communication and managerial skills to gain the respect of your audience and earn your right to become an authoritative figure on site.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to think ahead, establishing efficient and appropriate courses of action; and prioritise and plan activities considering relevant factors. You must be ready to take the initiative, originate action and be responsible for the consequences of your decisions made.
