Are you organised, hands-on, and passionate about getting the details right?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Production Operator to join a busy production team in Swindon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, following processes, and ensuring products are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time.

As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in the production process, helping to programme, label, pack, and ship customer orders while maintaining the highest levels of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Match products to customer orders using the ERP system
  • Programme components using specialist production applications and equipment
  • Label products accurately to meet customer specifications
  • Understand and identify part numbers and product requirements
  • Track order progress through the ERP system
  • Prepare, pack, and dispatch customer orders efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality control
  • Support the wider production team to ensure deadlines are met

Physical Requirements

This is an active role that may involve:
