Production Brewer - Scale-Up Craft Beer & Quality

Beavertown Brewery in London is seeking a Production Brewer to join our brewing team, driving high-quality beer in a fast-paced production setting. You'll lead wort production, operate a 150hl brewhouse, and support safety, quality and process improvements across the brewery.

You will enable fermentation performance, quality checks and routine cleaning, while mentoring junior team members and managing shift routines. A passion for great beer and hands-on brewing knowledge are essential.
